Gourmet Cup is a retail coffee concept created by The Shefield Group. The Shefield Group has been in malls across Canada for 28 years. Gourmet Cup is designed to reflect the changing needs and lifestyles of coffeehouse customers. The store décor adds character and ambiance, and the beverage and light lunch menu appeals to a wide age range. Gourmet Cup is custom-designed and created to suit specific locations, communities and opportunities.

Gourmet Cup is looking for end-cap or corner locations in enclosed malls, preferably adjacent to the food court, near a major entrance or with outside access and a patio. The size needed is in the 500-800 sq ft range, depending on the availability of nearby common area seating.

The chain is looking for new units in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.

Use Clause
The sale at retail of: gourmet bulk, prepackaged and liquid coffee and tea, related kitchen accessories and kitchen gifts, individual servings of hot and cold beverages (specifically including espresso based beverages such as cappuccinos and lattes etc.), individual portions of dessert items, baked goods, specialty confectionary items, ice cream and light lunch items. The Tenant shall be permitted to use a convection oven for on premises baking.
